Stranded on Stone Island

Chapter 1

The Strange Island.

Lana and Maria were surfing at the beach. As they took a break at the smoothie stand, Lana came up with a plan. She would race Maria in a surfing contest. As they were getting ready to surf, Maria took a little swim in the waves. The contest was about to begin. They rode the  waves really fast! Suddenly, a gigantic monster wave pulled them in! All the people that were watching, started to panic! Lana and Maria screamed as the waves pulled them in! Then, the harsh waves died down. No one could see Lana or Maria! They were pulled into the Atlantic Ocean! The next morning, they woke up on sand. They realized that they had been washed up on an island! Lana and Maria walked upon the strange island. There were mysterious faces carved in stone. There was a strange writing on the sand. Suddenly, the bushes started moving! A little mouse came from beneath it. While Lana was scouting for food, Maria took the mouse in her hands. She named the mouse, Cheesy. As Cheesy was perched on Maria's shoulder, Lana found some mangoes. As they all snacked on the mangoes, Maria was coming up with a plan for everyone to get out of the strange island. Cheesy went to sleep on a sheet of banana leaf. The girls really wanted to get home. They just had to!

Chapter 2

Life on the Strange Island.

The next morning, Cheesy started building a fort in the sand. The girls woke up to his busy paws working in the dusty sand. They thought it was so cute to see a little mouse working away!  Lana, Maria, and Cheesy started trekking across the island. They found some delicious fruits to snack on. Finally, they found a nice place to settle on, far away from the shore.

Day 3, of being stranded on the island. It was morning. The girls started hiking, to find some fruits. Suddenly, the big, giant, volcano started rumbling! A giant glob of lava spewed out of the volcano. They ran as fast as they could to the nearest cave, or pit. As they jumped into a hole in the ground, the lava started spilling over the volcano! They ran and hid behind some palm trees, for cover.  the hole as fast as they could with a big layer of flat stone. They could feel the warmth of the lava running over the stone, covering the hole. Finally,  the volcano's eruption faded! As they climbed out of the hole, they saw rocks of obsidian splattered everywhere. They did not care if they lost their settlement! They were just happy they survived!

Chapter 3

Home Sweet Home!

Back in Florida, the girls' parents tried to contact rescue teams. They were wondering what would've happened to their girls. Were they alive, or were they dead? Would they see their daughters again? At the island, Lana was trying to contact her parents with her dead cellphone. It would not work anymore because the sea water drowned it! Maria was putting Cheesy to sleep in a feather blanket, that she sewed by herself. Suddenly they could see a red helicopter in the distance. They were going to be rescued! As Lana tried to signal the helicopter with a torch, Maria took Cheesy, and put the little mouse in her pocket. The helicopter pilot noticed the torch blaring in the distance. He flew to the island and lowered a ladder down to the sand. As the girls climbed the ladder they looked back and waved bye to the island. They flew back to Florida. As they got down from the airport, they saw their families. As they ran and hugged them with tears in their eyes, they knew that they would never let go of their family. Love was  spread everywhere! In the night, they thought of their great adventure in Stone Island. It was an unforgettable adventure!🌺

Christina's Accident

One day, Christina was walking out of the mall.  She was walking on the road, drinking her smoothie, with loads of shopping bags. Suddenly, she was hit by a car! As she landed onto the street, she screamed in pain. The speeding car just drove away really fast. All the people that were watching suddenly huddled in a circle to see what had happened. Christina had stopped screaming, and she just lay on the street. As she opened her eyes, all Christina could

see, was a blinding white light.

Suddenly, someone whisper - shouted, "She's blinking!" Christina could weakly see her blurry family. Her dad's hand was laying across her's. She tried to force her lips to move. She said extremely weakly, "W-what happened?" Her mother spoke up. "You were hit by a car, and you were immediately brought to the hospital, in an ambulance. Each day as Christina became more active, she discovered that she had fractured her arm. Then one day she lay in bed. As her parents were watching her, Christina spoke. " At first when I saw the car's headlights, I thought I would die for sure! Thanks to the hospital, I can live a longer life! I now realize that, I should be more thankful that I live in this world. God made me, and I am meant to live long. He saved me, knowing that it was not my time to end my life. What happened was really a miracle! I am now more thankful every day and minute of my life! "Her parents were touched by her emotional words. She asked them an additional question. "By the way, what happened to the car that hit me?" Her mom said, "He was arrested for driving way over the speed limit!" The next morning Christina went home.. She made a poster and hung it in her room for eternity. This is what the poster said: "Be thankful for God! Be thankful for what you have! Don't waste your life!" To this day, Christina is more thankful for God!

Chapter 1

Hannah  gets mad ! One day  Hannah was walking,  when she slipped on a banana peel! Mackenzie  started  laughing really hard! Mackenzie said, Be careful, Peabrain!!!! Hannah was so mad, that she slapped Mackenzie's face!!!

Mackenzie  had a big red bruise on her soft face!!!! 

Chapter 2

Mackenzie starts tattling !!!!!  Mackenzie was so mad that she pulled and tore Hannah's pretty necklace!!!! My  mom gave me that neck lace!, said Hannah. Mackenzie said,  Well too bad , I don't even care about your weird mother!! Then, Hannah ripped Mackenzie's  pretty shirt !!! That made Mackenzie so mad that, she told the principal!!!!!!!

Chapter 3

Big,  big , trouble!!!! The principal asked why there were beads on the floor,and some  string, and also why Mackenzie's shirt was torn and ripped. Mackenzie  blabbered out, she did all of the  mess!!!!  Hannah said , No I didn't . You broke my precious necklace!!!! The principal called both of their  parents!!!!   A minute later , their parents were in the office. What happened??? , said Hannah's dad. Daddy I can explain!, said Hannah . Then , he immediately took her home. He made  her sit in a chair, and talked to her! 

Chapter 4

Enemies in big trouble!! Back at Hannah's home, her father gave her a lecture to behave good, study good, and make friends. He told her that her mother had died, and he could only take care of Hannah. Then ,Hannah was sent to bed. She thought about everything  that her dad had  said, and she drifted off to sleep. Meanwhile, at Mackenzie's home, she argued with her parents!!! She told them it was none of their business!!! She stuck her tongue out at them!!!!! Then, she was sent to bed without supper plus, she was grounded!!!'

Chapter 5

2 girls learn their lesson!! The next morning ,  Hannah and Mackenzie went to school! Hannah apologized to

Mackenzie,  and Mackenzie apologized to Hannah . They both hugged each other with  tears in their eyes!!!! They sat by each other  at lunch and even had a sleepover on the weekend !!! They became from enemies to BFF's !!! 

Friends are  great people, so never let your friends down. They will always help you !!

Melissa's surgery.

Chapter 1

Melissa  gets ice cream.

One day Melissa was eating  an ice  cream cone. She told her dad  that she wants more ice cream. Her dad said ,No more ice cream!" That made  Melissa cry!  She wanted more ice cream so ,she got  her own money from her piggy bank , and she went into the ice cream shop.A minute later,  she came out with another ice cream cone in her hand.

Chapter 2

Melissa gets sick!The next morning , Melissa woke up feeling sick!Her dad said that she ate too much ice cream. Melissa had to go the doctor. The doctor told Melissa  not to eat anymore ice cream! Melissa didn't listen to the doctor! She ate more, and more ice cream! Then, Melissa's nose started bleeding! She had to go to the Emergency Room! The doctor said that Melissa had to get her tonsils taken out! Melissa was scared! She never had a surgery before! Her mom told her not to worry,but Melissa just kept on  worrying, and worrying!

Chapter 3

Melissa is scared! Melissa went to school and told her friend about what the doctor said. Her friend said, I  had to have my tonsils taken out once."  Melissa said, Does it hurt? Her friend said, They give you a medicine ,so you can fall asleep while they do the surgery. " Melissa said,Now, I know why the doctor said to not eat more ice cream! Then, Melissa started crying! Then, Melissa had an idea ! Maybe if I  stopped eating ice cream, I wouldn't have to have a surgery! " said Melissa. So, she didn't eat ice cream for 3 days. Melissa couldn't  stop thinking of ice cream! Her mom  said,Sweetie, it's  too late! You have to have a  surgery!  Melissa said Its not fair! I have to get a surgery!"

Chapter  4

Melissa's surgery. It was Melissa's surgery day! Melissa was in the hospital, frightened! The doctor  said it was time  to go to the Operation Theater. Melissa lay down on the bed. The nurse gave her a medicine, just like her friend said! Then, Melissa fell asleep! The doctors opened Melissa's mouth and clipped some clips to hold her mouth open wide. The doctors stuck knifes and other  doctor utensils down Melissa's throat. After a few hours, the surgery was done. Melissa stayed at the hospital for  3 days. On her last day, Melissa woke up seeing her dad,s hand on her hand. Melissa asked her dad, Is it over?" Her dad said, it's over sweetie.." Melissa was happy that the surgery was over!  The doctor gave Melissa a lollipop. He even gave her a teddy bear! Chapter 5 : Melissa  learned her lesson! Melissa said sorry to her dad. She knew that eating too much ice cream is bad. She  learned that you should always listen to your parents!

This story can teach you that you should always listen to your parents because, they protect you and care about you!
